Hi everyone!!. My name is Abhinav Sethi and I am 30 at present. I am here to share some facts about how mind works and what one can do to feel calm and stress free as all of this is stored in the mind. I have read a lot of self-help books, attended self-love sessions, tried meditation techniques and I am glad and grateful that I have experienced it all and have some knowledge about mind mechanism.
It may strike your mind that what this guy has been through, although he's just 30? The answer is I have seen tough times, stressed to much about about my career, relationships, health and certain other things. And to be honest, I am still striving to be better than before. I am not comparing it with anyone else's life, of course, there are millions who have dealt with the situations that I cannot even think about.
Through my personal experience, I have learnt certain things about mind's working, thought process, and I just want to share that knowledge with people who are dealing with same issues that I have dealt with and curious to know about certain facts of mind and how one can manipulate energy and control the mind.
Anyone reading my blog can have totally different experiences from mine and may our theories contradict. So in that case I just wanna make clear that please don't agree or follow me as you have your own ways to deal with certain situations and I have my own and its pretty ok to have different paths. Many roads end up to same destination or I would say that we are the branches of same tree.
